At the end is an affidavit signed 1640 by Matthew and witnessed by Elizabeth Mordaunt, Anne Mordaunt, George Wintour, Edward Sulyard, Edward Guldeforde, Thomas James, Elizabeth Petre, Fran. Petre and Edward Young. A signed affidavit 1640 witnessed by James Louth 1641 also follows the next work -- Posthumus or The Survivour.
